Adding your family portrait or vacation photos to your home is only one of the many things to do with picture frames. You can also add postcard images, festival ads and your own personal art. Any image that you feel expresses your interests and passions or that displays your family and friends can add a sense of warmth and personality to a home.

Finding pictures will depend largely on your interests and the motifs and patterns in your home. However, when selecting a picture frame remember not to convolute the image and frame with one color. Accent certain colors by choosing frames that won’t blend in with the picture. Using mats is also a great way to offset the color of your frame with your picture. Mats can be purchased along with frames or separately.
